I have the Emerson but I would really like to get a replacement plug or 2 for mine but I couldn't seem to get anywhere with the company. Any ideas? Terry R

I don't think it's the Emerson that is on special this week at Target...it's the fridge....at least, that's what I see on their website's flyer.

swtgran: do you mean the plug for the water drain on the bottom left side of the machine?

clingram, yes that is the one I mean. It is so small I am afraid I will lose it and would like more for back up.

Oh yeah, I understand... I don't know how you'd go about getting more. It would be rather easy to lose since it is so small.

DW surprised me Thursday with an Emerson ice maker. She got it at Target for $110. It really puts out the ice. I think it'll be going on every trip.

I am very pleased with my Emerson so far. Before we left on a 10 day camping out I had ran it for several nights and put about 4 two gallon bags of ice in the freezer. I also froze one large chuck of ice in an ice cream pail. We have one of the 90 qt. Extreme coolers. I packed it with beverages just before we left and the ice-maker had no trouble keeping up during the entire stay. The ice-maker is going to be going with us every time we go camping. It was so nice not to have to run into town for ice!
