I too have a SK-3005 and have received my home locals as much as 175 miles from my home. This unit makes it as easy as it gets to receive HD on the road. Push a button and in five min. it locks in to all the satellites. Push the same button to stows away.

Thanks for the info.
We have a dealer near us that has the Winegard Traveler Sk 3005, so we are going to stop and check it out.
Thanks again, Sandy

I saved a lot on money by ordering on line from Solid Signal and having it shipped to my house. Then I found a installer to install the SK-3005 and run the coax to the location I have Flat Screens. I have Directv as a house account and take a HD DVR & a regular HR receiver out of the house when I hit the road. There has been almost no problems with Directv.

Winegard Trav'ler and Motosat HD aren't the only HD dishes. My portable Winegard Carryout can pick up Dish Netowrks HD channels.

Using my CarryOut with Dish Network's VIP211, a channel change involving a satellite change from 110 to 129 is just as fast as the house VIP722 using a stationary dish antenna.
