You should get a dog poop scooper and return the repair part they left in your toilet. Terrible story to hear but it does make me thankful for boards like this to get the info out there. Maybe if you're lucky some vandals will set fire to it one night and you can get rid of the insured flexing burden (kidding)! Best of luck resolving it and hang in there.

You know every time I have had problems with this thing,I would say to myself that this will be it,but it just never stops.As the original topic state"I give up",but that was before I went inside and found this surprise.I just cant believe it.Someone make it stop!
