Not today, but two days ago, I parked in the driveway, unloaded it and winterized it. Then I shed a few tears while driving it to the indoor storage for the winter.

I HATE this time of the year. But, hopefully in about 430 more days I will be retiring. I hope. I hope. I hope.

Oh! I did leave a part bottle of rum and part bottle of amaretto in it for when I go down every three weeks and start it up. I usually start the generator and micro wave some popcorn, fix a drink and watch TV for about an hour. Weather permitting I take it for a half hour drive, but that is not like camping.

Drained all water in coach using air compressor to avoid the risk of anything freezing before we load it up and head south in January.

This weekend I waxed and polished my coach. I also got up on top and applied Dicor on any suspicious crack on any caulking. Now we are at a campground in Williams, Arizona with high winds. I might just stay here a couple of days until those high winds stop. This is where some RVers get a train to go to the Grand Canyon.

What's the temperature like in Williams? We're driving the RV out to Flagstaff in a couple of weeks?

Replaced a switch on one of the bedroom reading lamps with one from Radio Shack. Put Rejex on part of the front of the coach.

Made reservations at the coast for the 1st until the 6th. Dusted the inside of the coach and put in the small electric heater we take with us. Tomorrow DH is going to check the batteries and all the other things he takes care of and I will start making lists so I don't forget anything. This will be our last trip this year and we are looking forward to it very much.
