Sprayed 303 on every piece of exposed rubber that I could find. Slide seals, door and window seals, tires, etc.

Yesterday, I finished removing the FanTastic Fan and the remaining Butyl tape from the roof. I will clean up and paint the reefer vent and the trim and control switch plate for the FanTastic fan, I will then start putting every thing back on the roof and seal with Eterna-Bond. I also added 8 more quarts of oil to the engine. All I now have left is to add 3 more quarts and change the oil filter and I will be able to drive her out of the barn and place her up on the pad next to the house. Boy am I tired and sore.

Installed the parts required to repair the Velvac mirror that had been removed by a bus in Puerto Vallarta.

(details on blog pages PV to Maz and Mazatlan entries)

Then I discovered that somehow I had wired it incorrectly; the up-down-left-right were all mixed up! I thought I had spliced the wires correctly but a check on the internet showed that for some reason Velvac has the yellow and blue wires spliced to the black, the black to the white, and the white to the brown! I had simply attached like color to like, except the single brown to the yellow and blue that we already paired.

Tomorrow take it apart, cut and splice again. I really hope I left enough slack so I don't have to take the whole thing off and re-splice new wire in like I had to do today.

Just finished installing a new matching A+E Window Awning over the window on the passenger side slideout. The window should be shaded by the patio awning, but I can never seem to have it out much before someone sneezes and causes it to billow up over the roof.

Removed the passenger window that had a small leak. Leak was manageable but the water pooling in the base channel was making me too nervous. Packaged it up and sent to Oregon to have it taken apart and reassembled with new seals by the Hehr service rep. Should get it back next week and will reinstall. Meanwhile, there's a big hole in the side of my RV with plastic/tarps to protect against anything that may fall in the next 7-10 days.

Hardwired Battery Minder Plus to chassis battery and 110ac. Should never have low chassis battery again. It is charging on the road, on shore power or generator.

Took all batteries out and cleaned and painted battery tray. Had to charge coach batteries. Still trying to figure that out.
