On our 1st TT I used cleaner wax or white automotive polishing cream. I do the same on our Haul-Mark enclosed trailer.

Simple Green. Dilution depending on how bad the streaks are. Sometimes 50-50, sometimes 100% if they are real bad. Find the right mix where you don't use too much but get the work done. Also helps to let it soak for a bit before scrubbing. I find it works better than Awesome. - Dave

We use Orange Fantastic. Just spray on and wipe off.

...elbow grease is the only thing that has ever worked for me; wash it, scrub it, and then I wax it. If you can get lucky like Just_Dave maybe simple green will work for you; however, I wasn't so lucky, and simple green was but a disappointment.

The easiest way is to prevent them. I clip cloths pins to the gutter drains to keep the water from draining down the side of the RV. If you do not have gutter drains you can get them at any RV supply. keeping the roof clean as possible also helps.

A solution for the black streaks is a wet used dryer sheet. Get it damp and wipe the black streaks right off. Saw this on another rv site. Works for me

I used Camco Black Streak Remover long ago on an old winnebego - from memory, seemed to well, but didn't get them off completely (it was really bad at the start...)
I have also used s100 total cycle cleaner on occasion - but it is really, really expensive (but worth every penny)... Honda repackages s100 and sells it as hondabrite.
S100 Total Cycle Cleaner (expensive)
Pro Honda Chemicals - Hondabrite (s-100 repackaged by honda)
S-100 is very, very expensive but works very well - I use it to clean my motorcycles and will occasionally use it on other items to take care of road film, stains in the finish, etc. Only use on a finish if it is cool to the touch - I usually wash the vehicles at dusk.
