Well the Jayfeather EXP models are very popular and are a good product overall. I owned a Jayfeather EXP, had some serious quality issues with it but I believe I had a lemon as everyone else seems pleased with theirs.
The obvious difference is that the 19H is a tent end camper while the 213 is a hard slide rear bed model. I would pick the one you feel most comfortable in. You may find the 213 easier to heat/cool becuase of the solid walls in the bed area.
If your budget and tow vehicle allow I would consider something with a slide in a trailer that size. The Jayco 23B and 21J and 23J are really nice. A slide, even a shallow one, can make a big difference in a 22-24' camper.
Also, be sure to shop the Rockwood ROO line, they are the direct competition to the Jayco and have a 2 year warranty, similar floorplans and some nice features the Jayco doesn't have (like ducted AC and higher ground clearance).

We traded in our 19h for a 26bh. We loved the 19h for the tent ends, they let in lots of fresh air and sunlight. But truth be told if your are going to have more than 2 adults in the 19h it gets cramped real quick and is a bit lacking in storage and closet space.

We have had our Jayco Kiwi, predecessor to Feather, and absolutely love it. It has been great for us and have no plans on replacing it any time soon. Friends and family have used them for years with great results. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

If you are serious about a HTT, then give the 23B a serious look. It is a great size all around, for two or for taking extra guests along.
Some don't care for the u-dinnette but DW and I really liked it since she took over the sofa and the dinnette seat was mine to stretch out on.
On our third Jayco and Jayco's warrantee and Customer Service has been excellent +++++.
Recent example: Tub developed a small crack in the bottom. Jayco replaced the tub, tub surround and faucets without any muss or fuss. My two-year warrantee runs out next month. This is in our TT.
Some might say that the crack should not have happened but we were snowbirding in the tt four four months and using the shower every day plus we had guests that also used the shower. Lot of wear and tear.
I believe the problem was that we may have been standing on a section of the tub that was not as well supported at the edge. Constant flexing may have been part of the problem. Had a similar problem with the tub at home.

My aunt and uncle have had their 213 since '07 with no problems. It's been a great TT for them. I would have no reservations about buying either of the TT's you are considering. Good luck!

We had the 23B for 3 years before upgrading to our current rig. We had to really think hard before making the switch. We loved the 23B.
I can also speak to Jayco's warranty. We had a bad tent end when we picked it up from the dealer. During our walk through we noticed it did not fit correctly. It appeard that it was about 2 inches shorter than the other end. The warranty guy for the dealer took pictures and sent us on our way to use the camper until they called us with the new tent in stock. They called, we took the camper in and within 1/2 hr they had replaced the tent and sent us on our way. After Jayco got the tent back for review, it was determined that the sewing shop had mis-cut a batch and we were one of several tents that had to be replaced. They made it right, without hesitation.
My EXP had a leak around the air conditioner, hear of that a lot on the 2005-2007 Jayfeathers. Cost Jayco a complete new roof and front cap. They fixed it no problem, no cost. I didn't like the way my sewer drain was set up, they fixed that too no cost I didn't even go to the dealer that I bought it from. When or if I buy another trailer Jayco gets first nod. I love them and their customer service.
