Bryan,

Nice looking truck camper. I definately like the light colored interior walls better than the darker colored walls some manufacturers are now using.

Good Luck,
Brad

glad to see you made the choice for the Northland! I love mine. My only advice would be to pickup a queen size, egg-crate foam mattress pad for the bed. trust me,you will be glad you did. it made a huge difference on mine. less than $20 at wally-mart. oh, and the 10' sewer hose that came with my grizzly was too short to work at the dump. get a 20' and you will be good to go!

Yeah, thats some good advise. Mine came with the upgraded mattress, but me neck is still hurting from the other night. Had to pick up a 20' when we bought it, Mike ran out of hoses. I lucked out when I bought it. This one just came from the factory. Someone else special ordered this with upgraded mattress, stereo, polar front fiberglass cap, and prewired for a/c and fan. And they gave it to me for the same price as the base. I was pretty happy about that. We camped for 4 nights, and so far so good. (exept for the overflowing black tank as I took a shower)

yeah, I noticed the polar front cap and wondered about that.
not much room in the shower, but it gets the job done! enjoy your new camper.

Really? What did you find wrong in the Palomino? Tell me before I sign for mine.

Thanks for all the congrats and stuff.

And about my Palomino, Frank. I bought a brand new 2005 Bronco 1251 demo model. I found it on the internet and drove 8 hours from California to Utah to pick it up. They didn't have any other ones to choose from. And sence this was the first stop on our 2 week vacation, I took it. This was my very first and didn't know too much about campers. After waiting 5 hours for the dealer to set the truck up, we finally made it to the campground. Hooked up the water and the floor filled up with water. The guys at the factory slapped this thing together and didn't even tighten up the fittings to the water heater. There were lights that weren't connected, the cabinet doors and hinges were all crooked, there was a huge glob of scilicon or glue under the fridge that was never cleaned up. The rear door wouldn't open with the top down. Alot of the little things were bothering me. But after I fix everything myself, I was pretty happy with it. And once I upgraded from a 1/2 ton to a 3/4 ton diesel, I had to upgrade to a 5th wheel.

Hello- I am thinking about buying a grizzly 880. How have you liked yours so far? What would you do different when buying again? Any issues you don't like about it?
Thank you for any comments.

Hey Dalton, We love the camper. For the price on a brand new one, you cant do any better. I think it was worth the drive, plus we got to go camping on the way back. I got it for 15k out the door, paid taxes for a little less here in Wa.
The only issue I had was the shower draining in to the 11 gal black tank, but I solved that problem. The wife doesn't like how small the shower is, but she'll just have to get use to it.

We live 45 minutes south from you down in Graham. Your more than welcome to come by and check it out, before you make the drive.

Northland only has 3 dealer, Lewiston, ID. Boise, ID. and Salt Lake, UT. Here is who we bought from Orchards RV

My boy and I were at an rv dealer today in South Hill and walk through the Adventurers and Northern lites. They are really nice, wish I wouldn't have looked at them. But still not worth the extra 15 to 20K.
