Just picked up our new 2009 Northland Grizzly 880. Drove over 300 miles to pick it up in Idaho. But for 15K, it was well worth the drive. I had never heard of Northlands before, just seen pictures on craigslist.
In this price range, I was expecting low quality craftsmanship like our Palomino. I was wrong, this camper was built very well. I was very impressed with what I saw.
The only things I would like to add are an a/c, a generator, and a rear awning. I'd also like to pipe in a bypass, so the shower drains out though a hose instead of into the tiny 10 gal black tank.
I learned the hard way that my shower was draining into the black tank.

They seem well built from the ones I have seen. This is a rather odd company, they don't have dealers, it's family run and from my one dealing with them they seem rather insular. I suspect they have little interest in taking much market share, but they seem to have a niche.

As far as the shower draining into the black tank is concerned, I am guessing this is a rear bath camper. You may be able to do the solution I have on mine (which drains into the grey BTW) and extend the drain outside so you can drain to the ground when boondocking.
