Call any of the motorhome dealers. I lived there several yrs ago and I think my new Georgetown was inspected at the dealership. If not they can tell you a good place.

Any truck service garage. And they really don't want to do any work on your motorhome, so should be less likely to find something wrong that isn't wrong.

If it's gas, yes it needs to be in Travis but if diesel (no emmissions) doesn't matter. Any inspection station can do it and Freightliner of Austin has done mine in the past. Easy in & out, on 183 behind the State's disposal yard. The local Firestone store does mine now. I park in the theater lot next door and they come over and do it.

Great place for a state inspection. Easy in and out, right on 7th Street.

I forgot all about Fleet and they worked on mine when I broke my hip. Yep, they are good people too.

If you are in south Austin, there is a small shop on FM 1626 / Manchaca Road, he does nothing but inspections -- diesel and gas. Very convenient and rarely any waiting.

Go west on FM 1626 from Manchaca Road, just past the railroad tracks on the south side of the road. Best part is he doesn't try to sell you soemthing you don't want or need -- just state inspections.
