We were in Tenacatita last year and lots of people went to the dentist in Melaque - seemed pretty satisfied. I'll connect with someone and get you the name -

The Dentist in Melaque is Doctor Woo ! There is a Senior and a Junior. Excellent Service-Clean Modern Facilities and Very reasonable prices! They both speak English and have a great reputation!

I live in Melaque and Dentista Woo is the most recomended and I go to him. Great dentist.
