My wife and I are new to rv'ing. We have recently come across a product called Exodor BIO-PAK manufactured by WALEX Products Company in Wilmington North Carolina. The claim is it eliminates the mess but also... and here's the big one the need to use special rv toliet paper in your rig. I'm knew but I'm not stupid. Well, I did but an RV, but I digress. Has anyone else every heard of it used or Did I just waste my time and money. It sounds great but is just another one of those to good to be true stories I usually find myself in again.Thanks.
Always had the same question!

I'm a new RV owner myself, and I put this subject to a simple test. Mix a couple of sheets of single-ply TP (unused) in a glass of water. The brand we bought disintegrated instantly, so it passed the test.
I will say this; however. It's critical that you don't get careless with your TP purchase. Our plumber showed me a similar test between commonly used TP brands. There are some that are "treated" to more durable and/or to accommodate patterns/textures, etc. Some of the stuff will NOT break down for several minutes when resting on the surface of your toilet water. I was pretty surprised. Check the brand you're using in your home by crumpling up a few sheets in your hand and drop them in the toilet water. If they don't absorb water IMMEDIATELY, switch TP brands. It's a clog waiting to happen. Same with your RV. Single ply (or double, as long as you use enough water) that disintegrates with water on contact.

As long as it is good for use in septic systems, it's good for use in RV.

In our first TT we had a clog while using the special RV toilet tissue. We just weren't using enough water to flush the tank. What a mess. We now use Scotts and lots of water. I hate to think of all the money that I wasted buying the special RV toilet tissue, when the Scotts that I already used at home would have worked just fine.

Toilet paper science fair experiment << This be a clicky.
The scientific tests results had concluded favorable results using Angel Soft brand of toilet tissue. Based on the test results, we switched from Scott single ply (not the wife’s favorite) to Angel soft. She finds it has much more softness and I find no visual signs of it, nor any clumping when dumping using the clear flush king adaptor.
