We are locals and I was at the Green Dragon this morning. The closest campground to the Dragon is Dutch Cousin. www.dutchcousin.com
Their website only has 2008 rates listed, so hopefully they're still there!

There is Spring Gultch also. If you have a Woodall's check in the Lancaster area, I'd say the distance from CG's to Green Dragon is close. We'ved stayed at Oak Creek and Spring Gultch both are nice. good luck and enjoy

We are staying at Country Haven and drove over to Green Dragon this afternoon. I guess flea markets are not our thing, as it took us about 15 minutes to get out of that place LOL
