It looks like your truck weights are from the rating sticker on the truck. Those are the maximum ratings, not what the truck weighs. you need to weigh the truck on the scale without the trialer.

Well, first of all, you are WAY over the GVWR for your truck. 10,580, or nearly 2,000 lbs over. No, you aren't quite over the axle's ratings, but whoever told you that you were good to go with that truck and 5er combo has no idea what they are talking about.
To find the pin weight, you need to now weigh your truck alone, with the same amount of "stuff" that was in in when you weighed the whole setup. You can usually get a free re-weigh if you do it at the same time.
Subtract the un-trailered weight from the trailered weight to get your pin.

He`s not over his tow rating.

Does that make it ok to be nearly 2000 lbs over the GVWR of the truck? Not in my book.

The pin weight of the fifth is killing ya. The problem with the pre '05 F250s were the rather low GVWR #8800. Not knowing the configuration of your truck, you probably do not have but #1300 to #1700 of cargo capacity (after wieght of truck and etc) I am certainly not one to say what you can or can't tow, but you may want to try and lighten up the pin weight.

The following note is included more than once in the 2004 Ford Towing Guide
Trailer king pin weight should be 15-25% of total loaded trailer weight. Make sure vehicle payload (reduced by option weight) will accommodate trailer king pin weight and weight of passengers and
cargo added to the towing vehicle. Addition of trailer king pin weight, and weight of passengers and cargo cannot cause vehicle weights to exceed rear GAWR or GVWR. These ratings can be found on
the vehicle Safety Compliance Certification Label.
IMHO 2000# over GVWR is way too much

as screamingeagle says without your trucks unladin rear axle weight were all guessing.
My guess would be most 2500 trucks rear unladin will weigh approx 2800 lbs. Your truck rear ladin weight is 5940 lbs which says your pin weight is approx 3140 lbs.
Actual pin weight is determined from axle and tire weight numbers loaded and empty.
Your truck is at max axle/tire capacities. Keep good tire on the rear axle.

Back to the argument of which number to go by. You are way overloaded even though the axle can handle the weight. So what to do?
My 2000 PSD only has about 1600lbs cargo/pin weight capacity. That was figured by using a scale. Doesn't leave me many options for a 5'er to stay with in my GVWR. You are nearly 2000lbs over that.
Glad I bought such a "Heavy Duty" truck.
