If you've never tried skirt steak it's worth a shot. I actually prefer it over a filet.

Lawry's salt and pepper, maybe a little garlic powder, rib eyes are good stuff, that's what we are having over the 4th of July.

We soak some mesquite for smoke, sprinkle on some garlic, grill to medium rare, and that's it.

Salt pepper and a little bit of soy suace.... just a bit. Cook to rare over a HOT bed of coals. Let it sit for 3-4 minutes and eat.

Ribeye is so flavorful that putting anything else on it covers up the awesome flavor. JMNSHO
