Okay, I have an analog TV in my rig. To run my DVD, I need an RF modulator. NOW I have to overlay (somehow) the DTV converter box ... all while working with my switching box. I feel like I'm trying to rub my tummy and pat my head.
My question is ... can I get there from here? The analog TV is built into my dash, so it would be hard for me to put in a flat-screen DTV unit. HELP!
FYI, I may not be able to pop in and out of this forum to answer follow-ups because I'm camp-hosting & Internet access is intermittent. So please don't assume I've gone away.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I did it and it was very easy. From your antenna you want to run the coax to the DTV converter box. From the converter box run the coax to the RF Modulator and from there run it to the TV. That's all there is to it. Mine worked perfect.
I must admit I did have one problem in the beginning. I ran the coax from the antenna to the RF modulator and then to the DTV converter. That did not work and I only got 2 (very pixilated) stations. When I changed the coax and made the DTV converter the first device in the string I instantly got 25 to 30 very clear stations.
By the way, our antenna is the Winegard bat wing crank-up model.
Last weekend I pulled the DTV converter box and analog TV out of the motor home and installed a new (DTV ready) 19" LCD flatscreen TV. When I scanned for stations in the setup menu I got 30 or 31 stations. This morning I installed the $29.95 Winegard Wingman module on the antenna and re-scanned for stations. The TV found 59 stations. That's a 100% increase!!!!!
Our old 13" analog TV did not have A/V input jacks on it, so the RF Modulator was required and I did not need to have another switch or two into the hookups.
MrWizzard, many of the 'less expensive' or smaller analog TVs were built without A/V input ports, even in recent years. I think we bought our 13" analog in 2001 or 2002 and, as I said, it does not have the A/V ports.

To some it's a six pack, to me it's a support group.
Some modulators can take multiple inputs (DVD/CONVERTER)
Also you can get switches.. BIG LOTS recently had a neat little 3-position video switch, It had 4 sets of Red/White/Yellow jacks and a A/B/C Switch (or 1/2/3) and cost a whopping eight bucks as I recall
Most any audio/video store, even Radio Shack, should have such switches. though dang few of 'em will have single digit price tags.
