Just saw a post on the BOCI site regarding a new owner and plant location in Salmon Arm, BC. The Bigfoot RV website is back up with a statement confirming this, looks like possible production start up in fall '09. Anyone have more information?
I really hope Bigfoot gets back to basics. I think the 17 footer should be resurrected. Years ago I had a 19 ft TT and loved it. It wasn't fancy but the quality of that little fiberglass tub was second to none. Dual axles too. Maybe a short ( 24-27 ) class C without slides? Or is the market so hyped that everyone thinks they gotta have slides no matter the size of the rv?
Should they introduce a second, or third, economy line like many RV manufactures have? I dunno. What was the cause of Bigfoot's downfall, I wonder?
