We have done s'mores with peanut butter cups too. The chocolate is such a thin layer that it melts easily. Yummy!

Here's another one that's just too good. Get a bag of Ghirardelli (?sp) squares, I like the ones filled with caramel, use them instead of the hershey bar!

I'm afraid to ask...but what is a chocolate covered digestive cookie?
Oh! you haven't lived!! They are sort of an oatmeal cookie, not hard like a "Dad's" but not chewy either. They come in plain and chocolate. Hob nobs are really good as well but not sure if you can get them in the States, they are a British cookie. All of our store sell them. With a nice cup of tea they're hard to beat!

"Digestive cookie" sounds like something you have to eat before an abdominal / intestinal test at a hospital. The name just kills it for me. Sounds like it has a laxative as an ingredient!

Ha Ha true! The name could easily put you off! I'm mean who would name a cookie that? They are good though!

Peanut butter cups are a family favorite. However, York patties, Caramello and Skor bars are real yummy as well! In addition we have used the chocolate and cinnamon grahams instead of the honey and we like them just as much. S'mores are something you can really change up and have fun with. We are always looking for new yummy variations.
