Need to prove the true value of my Class A. All of the books, and priceing guides are a joke with prices I would sell my motorhome for in a heartbeat. With the market and depreciation what it is there has to be some way of figuring out the true value of the motorhome. Ebay doesn't have any sale history on my model...

Been there and done that Ron! And your absolutely right on the high pricing! There's the high and low blue book value, which is a gauge, but with RV's it's demand. A buddy of mine his father died and he got stuck with a newer diesel HR, which he didn't want and owed $143,000.00 to the bank. Needless to say it sold for $89,900.00 and he had to make up the difference to the bank. Good Luck, John

Maybe go and ask a few dealers what they would give you in trade. That should at least give you the wholesale cost.

Tell her to determine it's value.... if it's too high, put it in her pile....

Why is divorce so expensive? Because it's worth it!
You can do something like Dynasty40 suggested. Basically you let each of you "bid" on each individual item of property. High bidder gets it. If she won't pay over $30K for the MH and you'll pay $31, you get it. If she thinks it's worth $150K, you think it's worth $31, she gets it and that amount is charged to her share of the property.
Went through that in '76.

I have finally gotten this thing the way I wanted it for when "we" went to fulltiming. She just wants the money not the coach. And I am going to need a place to live for a while!

Feel for you, went thru that . Remember the old saying "She got the gold mine, you got the shaft".
