A friend of ours has a Springdale TT and it works great for them as long as they don't abuse it. This year they broke off a clip on the awning due to stupid human error, lol. All the above posters have mentioned everything I was going to say, so I won't repeat it (entry level trailer.)

The Springdale's and Puma's are great values so long as your understand they are entry level units not meant for full timing or heavy use.
I see the 2010 Springdale's are out at local dealers now and have fiberglass siding as a option along with large "U" shaped dinette seating on the slide. Nice units, I did see some "brass" colored hardware and fixtures which felt 1980-ish but overall a nice unit for about 18-22K out the door depending on floorplan.
Newer Springdale's have 6 cuf' fridge, G/E HWH, LCD's, DVD/CD/Stereo units, etc. (all the toys at a low price).

If you search these forums you will find very few, if any, big problems with Springdales. We had a Sprindgdale trailer and pulled it many, many miles over some horrendous roads, including a trip from OR to the tip of Baja without a single problem that was not caused by me. Less insulation, no fancy ammenities, cheaper upholstery, cheaper linoleum because it is entry level. But very solid structure. The only reason we sold it is because we are going full-time in the fall so needed a larger, heavier, better insulated rig. I wouldn't hesitate buying another one.

I have a springdale fifth wheel and lived in it for a total of 4 years in college...hot, cold, wet, and dry. IT was perfect, i have never had a problem one bit with it, i upgraded to a 15K btu a/c thats it. The fabrics and materials have held up perfectly and the decals are OK not perfect...Its a 2003/4 maybe i dont remember, and the only thing i use it for now are firemans musters, great trailer, and would buy one again in a heartbeat...easy to pull behind my large engine half ton.
