What can you do with Radishes besides slicing for salads and trays etc.? Are they good for soups/stews? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Curious minds would like to know.

Thanks

If we can't can it, we take it to the neighbors who don't have a garden.

We have the same problem. We just munch on them, put them in a salad and give the rest to people at work!!

What other dipping sauces or condiments do people use for their radishes?

Well I guess I will do what I always do with them and what was suggested and that is to share them with the neighbors. I'm sure not going to sort through 565,000 recipes. Thanks for your responses.

I saw a recipe for fried radishes. I did not get beyond reading the recipe and I might be missing something great.

PS what about putting a few radishes in with potatoes you are cooking to mash. It might be good. And then again it might not be.
