I am not sure of their monthly rates, but I know that Navarre Beach Campground usually hires LOTS of workcampers over the winter months. One of the guys took people out golfing once or twice a week, a few of the ladies had donuts and coffee in the morning at the pavillion and some called bingo or arranged games in the evening. An easy way to offset the price of a site.

Check out parks in Zephyrhills. We stay at the Sterling Heights RV Resort...
There is also White's RV park out on Chancey Road.
These are the 2 least expensive in Zephyrhills. There are so many parks, but many have been bought by Carefree RV Resorts. They have raised their rates through the roof!!
We love it at Sterling Heights RV Resort... a six month stay is $1750.00 plus you pay metered electric. Internet service is provided by Bright House Cable. Phone service is available... although we use our cell phones and Magic Jack. 1 mile to local Florida Hospital, 3 miles to Super Walmart. Sterling Heights RV Resort
We love the Zephyrhills area which is about 20 miles N of Tampa.
Hope this helps!!
