Don't know much about CoachNet, only what I read here (all positive) but I have been using GS ERS for several years and have been well pleased (used probably 4 X).

I just renewed and upgraded GS ERS to Platinum (not much $$ increase) lot's of, seem to me, good benefits. I would compare benefits of the two.

Good Sam ERS has been in the RV Road Service business for over 25 years. 100% owned by the Good Sam Club. If you encounter any issues, Good Sam stands behind their programs.

You might want to note that when you call the number on your GS ERS card, the phone is answered at Road America, not GS. GS is not in the road service business, just in the road service reselling business.

I have used for years and now twice for tows - the most recent in Stewert, BC in the middle of nowhere 8 miles from Hyder Alaska, the end of the road . Flatbed towed to Prince Rupert, BC over 300 miles away and the truck had to come additional 250 miles to get to us. Cost to me - ZERO above my memberhship. (Was about a $2200 tow!!)

The truck arrived when promised. I was towed to the nearest GMC dealership to get me back on the road, not the nearest town. We had an appointment prearranged by CoachNet. They called to verify I was satisfied after the tow/service. I am one very happy Coachnet customer - again! Good Sam may be good but I will continue with CoachNet and recomend it when asked.

May you never need them!!! LOL
