I would think they would work, you would probably need to custom fabricate a bracket and measure things out but off the top of my head I don't see why they wouldn't.

JeeperAZ, I am in East Mesa and I want a couch instead of a bed on my bottom bunk. I have 2007 Dutchmen (Thor) Wild Thing. Will it fit?
