We just bought an 05 Bantam F17 RME. I have determined that the AC and the Dometic regrigerator need maintenance. Does anyone have someone in SW North Carolina they like. We live in Waynesville which is west and a little south of Asheville.
Thank You,
Bochim

Have you verified that your battery has water and is fully charged?

Its a little bit far from you, but I have had good service from Howards RV in Wilmington. Hope that helps. ( Don't think the battery would have any effect on the AC).

Rather than spending a lot of money on a Service Center have you considered letting this Forum help you out? Many times I have read where a problem is posted and countless members respond with ideas and solutions. Many times to ask for more information to make there responses more pinpointed to help you out. Also, I have found out, for the most part, repairing and upkeep of a RV is fairly simple if you have a little help. After all your RV is easy to get at and access was always considered in the manufacture. If you know were to look. OF course there are many rewards by doing the work yourself, knowing you can work and repair things yourself plus saving a lot of money. Plus knowing you did it right. Good luck in which ever way you proceed.

Bob wetherbee you must of never tried working on the engine--lol. My 96 is easy to work on for he most part but I tink you have to be double jointed to work on the engine or components hooked on the front of the engine.

I should do that. With school starting I now don't have the time.
Thanks,
