I had the SAME problem with mine and fought it for 2 years. Wolf10 here on the forum told me about an unpublicized Tech Service Bulletin (TBS) that requires the rear of the refrig to be re-seal with Mastic. Norcold would not do a darn thing, so I took it to a dealer, paid for it out of pocket and it ended the problem. Good luck getting ANYWHERE with Norcold, they suck!

Even the dealers and mobile RV repair people will agree with you on that statement. Every dealer I ever talked to curse them for their attitude and unwillingness to work with a dealer.

I am currently fighting the same problem and it turns out to be a bad cooling unit. Norcold will do nothing about it as they say that it is not one of the recalled units. Will have to replace it using my extended warranty and pay the deductable which is high. This has been a long standing problem but have been getting the run around from Norcold.
