With only one week remaining and only three pages of threads, we got a lot of catching up to do! lol
Been crazy around here with all the yellow iron, if this is an early indication along with Karen's forecast for next weekend as to what we can expect this winter, WE ARE IN TROUBLE! I can see it now; A weather event that rivals the big one back in '78 ! Gerry notice I didn't mention "S" word
I'm trying to get an answer from Beth on the Pot luck entree, we will be bringing something, I just don't know what it will be?

Well the weather does seem to be improving for next weekend. At least now they are not calling for 13 degrees with possible snow and freezing rain for Sat. night! Now if we can just get to a point where there's more sun than rain, we'll be good!
Guess it's time to get all the rally stuff prepared and loaded into the camper.
Do any of you go up 101 to 125 to 16? Just wondering how that way is on a holiday weekend. I know there is usually a ton of traffic on 293 going through Bow, Concord, Cantebury so I wasn't sure if 125 was any better, even with all the lights.
Sorry I have been among the missing. Been preparing the camp, getting pellets for home and wood for Maine. Getting used to life without a pickup truck (we bought a trailer). I still don't know what we will bring to pot luck, my one-armd partner is still going through some tough rehab and it's going to be a challenge just to do the halloween thing. But we will certainly be providing something for dinner.
I left a half a cord of wood at home too, so I can bring some to the rally.
Run, rabbit run.
Dig that hole, forget the sun,
When at last the work is done
Don't sit down it's time to dig another one.
Hi all, sorry we've been off line so long. Busy summer and business distractions galore but that's no excuse! We're planning on coming up and will be on S9 again this year, just not sure when we'll be getting there based on my business schedule. We hope to share some good campfire stories about our Canada RV trip this summer. Hope everyone is well and looking forward to seeing you all!

well been hiding alittle here, just busy with work and other things.. but have been counting down the days til the rally.... Dodged a bullet with a minor brake problem on the truck, but wasnt as bad as I thought... so that is done... and wasnt that big of a hit in the wallet. But rather have it happen now and not on the way or back from the rally.. and fixed the slide out problem too..
Just been concentrating on some work around the house, inside and out, but have not been down in the basement in awhile, but that is good, cuz I have some ideas to tear part of it down, realizing it is too big and will never make any progress on it....
but looking forward to seeing everyone at the rally, looks like we are going to have visitors here Wednesday before the rally.. and hope he leaves his balls home....~~~~~~~~
the camper is in the starting gate now.. just have to do all the pregame stuff to it...
Hey ralliacs! I just PMed WD40something that we'll be making a crockpot beef stroganoff/noodles dish, so nobody try to claim that one...
We'll be getting to DB Thursday so if anyone needs us to do anything, let us know.
I'm busy packing the crazy cats stuff, my Yankee ball, other assorted oddities, the fridge, my Grab Your Balls shorts, etc., etc...blah, blah, blah!
In looking over the supplies list, we look in pretty good shape, but I'll have backups of a lot of the items if we get needy. I will have the rolling blue black/gray water tote with me, so if there's a need, it will be available. I also have a couple blue tarps if we have a need for them. I've also got that blender bash extension cord with outlets every 8' for our use, as well as a few outlet strips.
I wasn't planning on bringing the community cooler, so let me know if you think we need it.
