A perceptive observation, jefe.
At least you escaped the Phoenix sun for a few days, Dave. Has to be good for something.

thanks Mr & Mrs Whazoo for this entertaining trip report ! as well as a learning lesson of Australian slang. Good picture of the dandelion and clouds! The relative isolation of the White Mountains along the eastern border of Arizona are suppose to give you a chance to enjoy solitude….times changes. Drove the 191 down to South-East Arizona, in the 90’s. Did not see many people and great places to park, picnic and camp.

Silversand has been out of commission for a few days…we got bad toxins in our food or a bad bug
He will be resuming his Trip Report duties probably this weekend. I felt a bit better and decided to cheer myself up, reading your “looking for woop woop”

Bloody brilliant effort, despite the teeming hordes. Fear not however, woop-woop-warrior. Soon the yard apes and ankle biters will return to their academic pursuits, and the woods will return to a semblance of calm.....

oh wait.

Hunting season begins this weekend

Now you know why I go to Utah

As always, fantastic photography and entertaining trip report. Thanks for the Australian slang lesson.

Tory and I just got back from Branson MO. We had a good time and even did a little scuba diving at Table Rock Lake, but prefer something a little less commercial...too many peaople.
