DH and I are planning a 4 day trip to Williamsburg Va in mid December. Any suggestions on where to camp? We have a TT with slide. Need WiFi and either decent cable or site to use satellite.
Also - anything not available in the area during this time? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I always stay at one of the bases. It will probably be wet and chilly to downright cold in mid-Dec. If it is as wet as this summer has been and cold, bring a BIG snow shovel.

As noted it is likely to be cold. I think most of the parks are still open (American Heritage is probably the best bet) and Williamsburg is beautiful when decorated for the holiday season. Just be prepared for nights below freezing and days that can be cold and windy.

If retired military, stay at Cheatam Annex Navy Base. Peaceful, clean, full hookups, good size sites, cable tv, golf course and only about 5 miles from all the 'action' - either colonial part, or outlets.
