I second Mike's comment regarding the stability that the BAL leveler and BAL single wheel chock gives to a PUP.

Check the rating of the stabalizers, 1000 lb each? I'm not suggesting to put that much on each one. I'd suggest experimenting with adding more to see if it is more stable. Also the swing down jacks have wobble, I use a jack stand on the tongue to rid that.

I agree with Mike . I use the bal system. In addition, I use a tongue jack chock that prevents the tongue from moving. Everything is rock solid.

I also use the BAL leveler and the single wheel chock, each trip, even when the site is level.

We have a Jayco 1207 we don't have any movement at all. We use a bal single axle leveler on one wheel (the low one) then I use Lynx blocks under the stabilizer jacks, and wheel chocks under the other wheel. With the tongue jack, 4 stabilizers, wheel chocks, and bal leveler my trailer doesn't move. Note all of the trailer weight is on the bal leveler and the tongue jack. The stabilizer just barely have pressure on them. I may be over doing it but I have the piece of mind that my trailer isn't going to be unsafe of moving anywhere. Hope it helps. Also all of my leveling stuf cost me about $150-. Happy Camping.

Another vote for the BAL leveler. We use it on one wheel. It works great for us even when our young kids are running back and forth from one bunkend to the other.

I learned you can not just jack each corner til it is level. I learned by the door not closing... too much frame flex.
super stiff is nice for walking around and not bothering others in the trailer by bouncing it around... but what does not bend is more apt to break!

The sand pads on the stabilizers make a world of difference! Even on concrete. Well worth the $35-40 at CW!

I'm thirding that. I shopped around for prices and purchased both items. They were a 'splurge', but they work easily, quickly (I have DW trained on the chock, now on to the leveler). Pup is leveled and mostly stabilized in minutes.......
