Several months ago I bought some chorizo sausage and there was a recipe on the package. I made it and it was delicious. Yesterday I bought more chorizo sausage, but a different brand. I can't find my recipe anywhere. I can't even remember what some of the other ingredients were.

Does anyone out there have a recipe they would like to share? Maybe something with rice?

Chorizo is some good stuff! You know anything that red grease comes out of is going to be good...

I make a dip with chorizo, hamburger, hormel no bean chili, rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles and velvetta. Brown the chorizo and hamburger, dump it in the crock pot with the other ingred. Heat until melted. Dip with Nacho Scoops. Yummy.

Do you drain that chorizo/hamburger mixture or just serve it with a defibrillator on the side?

I prefer spanish chorizo over mexican chorizo for cooking.
A lot leaner and no gland meat, but still a spicy additive for your favorite dishes
