I have a Fuzion that came with the 15 inch Mission Tires.
I don't drive a lot of miles so I am not sure if I should upgrade to 16 inch rims or just stay with the 15's and get E rated tires.
I went to Discount Tire as well as Camping World and they had Goodyear Marathons.
I asked for the Michelin XPS Ribs but no one can find them in 15 inch?
Any advice would be appreciated.
I am in North San Diego County.

US made Marathons are supposed to be OK. Do not accept Chinese made may pops.

Is the wheel rated 80psi? Even 75 psi would allow the E to be an improvement. Look for a stamp on the back.
Google XPS Ribs and you will find they are only made in 16"
I would go with the 15" E if you can get some additional pressure. Since you are not having trouble there is no reason to overkill on this. Driving lots of miles I think is better for the tires. Going out only twice a year is harder on the tires IMO.

My only advice is to be careful of your WHEEL rating. Most wheels I've seen are rated for the stock tire size. So if you "upgrade" to a higher load range you might very well be overloading the wheels. Not a good plan. Most wheels have numbers stamped on rear, or under tire in valley. So, what is the load range on the stock tires? What is the rating on the wheels?
Do figure if you need to change load range. What is your ACTUAL MEASURED fully loaded trailer weight? What are the AXLES rated at? That is the place to start the decision process IMO.
Maxxis makes 15" in various load ranges, and has a good reputation. Mine are made in Thailand, not China.

I had the same thing on my toy hauler. I had 15" D load range tires that were showing ozone cracking and wanted to upgrade the new tires. One thing that was pointed out to me was that if I went to 16" tires, the space between the tires would be less, possibly causing problems. I decided to stay with 15" but went to an "E" load range. The one "problem" I encountered was the new tires require 80 psi for max load (2,830 lbs); the rims are stamped that they are rated for 2,830 lbs but they showed max psi as 70 lbs. I didn't change the rims. My trailer max weight is 10k lbs due to 5,000 lbs duel axles.

I went from ST205 75R15 D Maypop Marathons (one did pop) to Maxxis ST 225 75R 15E. In my opinion the wheel can take the added 15 psi and has to date survived without a hitch.

Don't load the Marathons any heavier than 2000 lbs each. They say 3050lbs...but a Discount Tire dealer told me, no more than 2000 lbs because they can't take it. I had them on my Everest and had nothing but trouble, blowouts, delaminations. I went to XPS/RIBS and the problems stopped.....BUT...check your rims to be sure that they can take 80 lbs pressure. AND....be sure the tires will fit if you go to 16" Mine are close..about one inch apart...dealer said that was not a problem...and it has not been a problem. The space got smaller because the tires are higher than the Maypops.....willpops...??

I got a good deal on some Michelin XPS ribs from a place called Tire Kingdom. I don't know if you have them there but the price in the store was less than ordering them online.

Bite the bullet & go with the 16in wheel & LT tires. After 3 sets of 6 Mission/Freestar replacements I went with the Eagle 16x7 wheel & BFGOODRICH Commercial 245/75/16E tires. I just returned from a trip from Oregon to Crazy Horse-Rushmore-Devils Tower & back. No problems at all & it seems to pull smoother & less bounce from the Raptor 3814. At just about every campground, truckstop or reststop I saw various RVs with mismatched tires multiple spares mounted with destroyed tires & wheels & of course the wheel well area of the rv blown out. I dont know where you travel but if you get stuck with bad tires & wheels on some of the legs I traveled there are no services or cell coverage for several hours & hundreds of miles. The Michelin XPS are also a fine tire. This is the first trip where I had total piece of mind & confidence with my tires & wheels.
