I recently purchase a used Holiday Rambler 34' Alumascape. I was not happy with brakes and after checking and adjusting them decided to invest in a Prodigy brake controller.hat a difference! Do not risk your rig to a cheap controller.

Amen. Don't go the cheap route when chosing towing parts. Pick a product that is tested and reliable, it might just save your butt.

Also-
The Prodigy unit comes with a Lifetime Warranty. Mine just died after 7 years of use. The company said just bring it in to a dealer and they will do a warranty exchange. Sure enough. No receipt or anything. That is great sevice!!

In that case get a MaxBrake or a Brake Smart. Both are light years ahead of the Prodigy controllers.

I've had my Brake Smart controler for about 5 years. It's worth the money. It was easy to install and set up and we've had no problems with it.
