Can probably use the same inflatable I use on the chair.

My wife said her and a couple of her friends poured a box of laundry powder in a water fountain. Suds went all over and onto the street.

Water fountain - one of those big pool things with a statue type thing in it and a water jet shooting water in the air, not a drinking fountain.
