No; not in the first 50,000 miles, don't plan on doing it in the next 50,000 miles either.

We were on our way to Alaska and was in Dawson Creek when we first tried to use our W/D. It made such a racket and vibrated the coach so bad we thought we were in an earthquake. We immediately realized that something was wrong and turned it off. After calling Monaco Tech who advised us to call Splendide, we were told by a dealer in Whitehorse that it was probably shipping bolts still in the unit and that most rv manufactures remove them when the unit is installed.
A week later we arrived in Whitehorse and called the dealer again. He came out and between the two of us, we were able to pull the W/D out into the hallway enough to get to the back of it. He not only removed the bolts, but also the plastic retainer nuts inside so that the bolts could never be put back in again. He said the only time those bolts need to be in place is during shipping from the factory because many truckers will stack the units on their sides or even upside down positions to get them in the trailer.
Would have been real nice if the Monaco factory had removed them when installing in our coach. Another gripe I have with their very poor QA program.
Hope this helps

I've heard of that more than once! Fortunately I learned about them from a forum before I even purchased them. As a guy, I'm sure I would have ignored the gimongous warnings stuck on the back and the big capital letter in the directions that tell you to remove them.
