AC runs for short time and trips breaker. Claeaned coils from inside camper with vacuum and repalced 30amp breaker. Runs but really drains the power even with small kitchen light on. Any help.

If this is the compressor, cost wise what do you think it would be?

Not worth changing the compressor in a unit that old, or even much newer for that matter. If money is an issue, I suggest searching craigslist. I always see used ones there.
