This is going to far, the forum is nothing without our participation. I am spending a lot less time here for a while. This is not the only game in town.

Good Sam made me an offer I couldn't refuse. If I resigned they would give me a free night of camping at one of their discounted parks( $ 25.00 value. ) free map, membership, magazine and a lot of junk mail.I feel so used in accepting the offer.
This place needs posters like yourself with good info. Don't let a few ad's bother you.
Good luck either way.

Opinions will always vary, I for one think it is fine, as maybe a nickle from my membership will keep the forum free for others. I think to say a forum sponsor should not advertise on their own forum is unreasonable. I could see your issue if the logo was under your name but if those of us that pay the membership don't mind having the logo under our names, why should you?

With that being said, you will be missed.

fordsooperdooty,

While I don't agree with your logic, I do respect your decision.

Hope to meet you someday on the road.

Well, I drive a GM product (6.0 gasser) to pull my rig; but that doesn't mean I will not miss 'fordsooperdooty'! You're the closest thing I got to a 'diesel' and every once in a while I need that reminder. Sleep on it, take a couple of aspirin, and please check back again in the morning!! We will all miss you more than the moderators anyway! I know.. I have that red G/S thing under my sign in name now too and I didn't ask for it..... and I can do without it!!

You are just being to sensitive and thin skinned to let this forum upset up. You just need to cool off and we need you here on these forums for your valuable experiences and advice.
