My problem is that I am at work all day and like to put things in when I leave at 7:30 am and I do not get home until 5:30. Do you think the ravioli will hold up that long or will I come home to a crockpot full of yummy mush?

I don't think it would hold up that long. I have an electronic crockpot and so the first time I made it I cooked it on low for 3 hours and then had it auto switch to warm and it was on warm for 5 - 6 hours and held up okay that way.
