I too carry a 400 gallon water tank, for house water, and have the B&W and Companion. Comes out in two parts and leaves a flat floor. I would say over a half of the fifth wheel hitches I see out this way are B&W, they must be doing something right. My have something to do with that they are made here in Kansas USA.
That and probly alot of people out there use the gooseneck hitch part of it. The B&W is great, 2 hitches in one and a flat bed when not needed.

I've had 3 Pullrite hitch's and can't say enough about how good they are. I'm real happy with there products and there super rail system makes it a snap to remove the hitch.
Good luck on your choice.

B&W up to 18K with the 5th wheel hitch. It's what I use.

I have a Reese Signature Series 24K to haul my Jayco Recon 36 and highly recommend it.
The best hitch I've had or seen. Mounts under the bed, no frame rails, just holes you plug with pucks when it's out of the truck. I pull mine in and out all the time to use my truck camper and to haul misc stuff.

B&W all the way. You get a gooseneck setup as well as a 5th wheel hitch when you order the companion. The companion comes out in 2 pieces. 5 min to install/get out and you have 100% of your bed when you take it out.

..........yep, B&W!!!

Thanks for all the replys! I am leaning towards the PullRite 25.5k super 5th just to give me a little extra cushion on the capacity. Anyone have personal experience with this hitch? Pics of the hitch in and out of the bed would be great!!

don't think you can gp wrong with any of them really, just look for the ones that when removed leave your bed flush and flat. I have the Superglide since I have a standard box bed and the rails fully remove, leaving four small 1.5" holes.
