Same here: New coach bought for $21,000 less than year old coach with 6,000 miles on the odometer. Same floorplan, same model, same manufacturer. Wasted 4 days at Lazy Days playing their game, had deposits on a used and an "in-transit" new coach within two hours at a dealer in RGV.

As with buying ANYTHING you have to be a savy buyer and know what you want and what it is worth TO YOU and then make a decision.
We bought our pre-owned Class A at Lazy Days a few years ago and our experience was OUTSTANDING!
We still enjoy our coach and still believe that their sales and post-sales staff are beyond compare to most other dealers.
Best Thing is you should go there and spend two or three days checking out the inventory compared to your rv needs and ONLY then can you make an intelligent buying decision.
Best of Luck
As I have reported on a number of previous postings. The votes are usually 70% vs. 30% in favor of LD. If you check previous postings, the minority group are always the same posters each time.

Funny thing, we have bought 2 coaches from them, and got great deals both times! They beat North Trail by several thousand on our present coach, AND without North Trail's high pressure tactics!
We're here at LD as I type this, for our annual service. They are doing extensive work on the physical plant and grounds, word is they have been sold again and Don Wallace is again part of the ownership?
Yes they have fewer coaches than in the past, BUT, several of their major brands are not around anymore! Can you say Country Coach, Monaco, HR, Beaver etc.
As I said we're here now, and will continue to come here for service or if we ever buy another new coach.
Hey, some days you can't get a good deal from anyone, but LD's does have a large selection and if you don't like what you hear, you can always go down the road.
If you like staying there at their Rally Park, they'll give you a discount forever if you buy from them. Campsite is reasonable, with a great pool, free newspaper and even comes with a free breakfast and lunch in the dining hall.
Like the cable guy said, CW is only a 100 miles down the road and you could give them a call while you're still talking to the sales person. That oughta wake them up.

Earlier responder said they were in Bankruptcy, thought I'd read or heard that!! Having heard/said that, I'd find another place to place my hard earned bucks.
Everyone keeps saying "a few years ago", "3 years ago", "5 years ago", folks we're talking today, September 2009 about a company that is in bankruptcy and has this year been consistently the highest priced dealer in the US as reported by many potential buyers. This is NOT the same company that Don Wallace and his Dad owned.
