We are going to be living in our 5th wheel for the winter, and would like ideas on how to winterize... so we can stay warm, not have tanks freeze,, etc. It is a 4 season 5th wheel, so does have heated tanks, and extra insulation, but wondered if anyone has done this in a winter climate? HOw to skirt it in? How to keep the water line from freezing? How to keep sewer line from freezing? Thanks!

Here are some links for winter camping I've collected. The first is from some folks who take winter camping seriously.
Winter Camping Tips & Tricks
Keeping Warm
Underskirting 1
Tank Heaters for positive freeze proofing.
Ultra Heat
Another skirting idea from the Airforums
Skirting
A great job of description and pictures of winterizing a trailer
from the Sunline Forums.Winter Prepping
I've put some thought into skirting that could be reused and my idea is to use thermal blankets used for curing concrete. They are heavy duty and could be fastened using snaps.
