03 GMC 2500. I have lost power to the running light pole in both of the trailer plugs on my truck (one in the bed and the other on the bumper). The connector poles for brakes and turn signals work/energize properly. And the headlights and tail lights on the truck work fine. I would appreciate your help.
Thanks.

Check the male and female connector for debri. Buddy put grease on his plug and it contaced the ground and picked up a small rock. Upon inserting the plug, the stone bent one of the prongs.

Trailer running lights have separate fuses under the hood from the truck lights.
Easiest first check and I suspect that is your problem if BOTH locations have no power.
Next check is a voltmeter to those connector pins to make sure there is no power - it could be your plug or the side-lamp circuit to or in the trailer
