For what you paid for your TT you should consider total replacement value. For the first 5 years we will get a new TT. If ours isn't made anymore we would get comparable. Then the next 3 years we get our purchase price .. and this was NOT with our auto insurance.
Our agent is Twin Peaks Insurance. The are an under writer for many companies.

RV insurance is an interesting topic which usually revolves around cost. Cost for RV insurance depends on several factors like your driving record, where you live, multiple policies, your credit score and various state/local laws. Some folks like to work with their auto/home insurer and others like insurance companies that deal with RVs/boats/etc. Below are several insurance companies or brokers that cater to the RV owner but there are others out there. Some places provide a quote for six months and some for a year.
Personally, I went with National Interstate Insurance Co. through the Twin Peaks agency. Looking at my policy right now. I have awning replacement, collision, other than collision, diminishing deductible, emergency vacation expense, replacement cost for personal effects, total loss replacement cost (replacement the first 5 years, cost paid after that) and vacation liability. Total premium, $275 this year. This is my sixth year with National Interstate and my second trailer. I feel confident that I have everything covered. My RV is not a vehicle so I don't insure it like one.

I pay 416.00 through Progressive for full replacement value (27,000), 6,000 for interior/personal stuff. It also has vacation, towing and awning replacement.

Where do you store? We were just forced to drop the Good Sam GMAC insurance because they would not cover us when we moved our trailer to permanent storage outside of our state of residence.
Found GEICO to be very easy to deal with, plus a lot cheaper. And they cover the out-of-state storage. It was the only carrier I could find to cover out of state, although after finding several that wouldn't, I took the first carrier that would.
