Some camping friends used to stay there all winter. They apparently charge for the `year' but the cost is less than paying another campground for several months. Hope that makes sense. It,s located about two miles off Hwy 10 about 40 or 50 miles east of Pensacola down by a river. Kind of an old Florida fish camp ambiance. Very quiet, yet close to shopping and St. Augustine attractions within a 30 min. drive. It is centrally located and makes daytripping fantastic.
