Yeah I thought it might be a repost. What a terrible feeling skidding backwards completly out of control. Lucky there were no other cars behind them.

So, my decision to use a Smart car to pull my new Holiday Rambler - not a good idea? I am confused? The salesman who sold me the TT said I would be FINE!

You'll be fine, just get a good brake controller since we all know that the trailer stops the trailer and the tv stops only the tv. Don't worry about that smell when you take off, it's just the engine breaking in and burning off "coatings" on metal parts.
