That is an interesting response........
The OP can tow double trailers in Texas -there are length restrictions and other things to consider like brakes. Safe is a judgemental thing........
Interesting how? Many on this website think that they are the end all know all officianados. and that there ______does not stink and jut because they do not have or do, you should not have or do. and when one picks up the torch and starts to pick a scab, they all jump on the band wagon. it happens with wieght, Lentgh, Music, Generators, and every other topic, Usually what happens is that because of this the people on the other side the coin band wagons together and starts arguing. then the admins come in and shut a thread down due to the difference of opinions and a topic that could very well benefit many will never continue. We here in the Toyhauler forum deal enough with the non-Toyhauler crowd posting in our threads about their "opinions" that we do not need to bicker among ourselves.
The OP never stated what his TV was, For all you know he is pulling that 45 footer with a Kenworth, or it could be a F-150, fact of the matter it is not the topic, the topic was if a Pre-fabed hitch could be purchased for his Hauler. and the "haters" chime in illegal, when they don't even live in the state the OP is in. NOW if it was illegal to dual tow in Texas and the OP was nt aware of that you could possibly warn that the idea is illegal. but that is all in how you phrase your wording.
