I have a Jayco 29RLS 2009 Model. Anybody know what size socket wrench I need to drain the water heater i.e. remove the plug. I am not at trailer and its miles away and I am closing this weekend.

If it is an Atwood WH with a plastic plug, it is 7/8". If Suburban with the anode rod it is 1 1/16".

Should the anode be put back in after draining or should it be left out & the hold covered?
