I would like to very much; but the way they sue everyone these days; I can't ----but there is only two RV repair places near Clearwater Florida; and I;ve been to both; hope that helps.
There are a whole lot more than 2 RV repair shops in this area.... without names, you are exposing the rest of this community to the same treatment.

This is what makes and keep the service providers more honest. If they know you are spreading the negative word about them, they are more likely to straighten out their technique.
You know and they know the saying, "get good service and the customer will tell 10 people. get bad service and the customer will tell 100". I never hesitate to tell of bad service. If you have a check to bounce, I guarantee they will tell every reporting institute about it, and won't mind trying to destroy your credit in a heartbeat. Stop trying to protect someone that clearly doesn't have your best interest in mind. They can't sue for telling the truth about there bad business habits.

They will say Ive slandered them; and am lying, if you go to court you pay to protect yourself, it costs even if you win; I would rather spend my money traveling. I speak with the voice of authority; BTDT
Putting something in writing is a whole lot more than just passing the word around. People can deny what is said, but the written word stays.
Ever watch Judge Judy on TV; she tosses out the; he said she said in a heart beat. Folks thats just how it works. the written word rules.

Very true words here. However I must say that I would get a written repair order done stating when I can expect my vehicle to be repaired and operable. I also make sure that if take the MH in today, you will work on it today also, or why am I bringing it in? As far as bad mouthing other businesses, after over 20 years on my own, I don't bad mouth anyone else. When I am asked about some other business I just tell them I have heard good issues and bad issues, but the sad part is, I only heard one side of the story, so I don't know who's the good guy and who's the bad guy, if you really find out perhaps let me know. Stops all that******dead. Worry about doing what what you promised would be done for the customer, how, and when and the rest should take care of itself. When they are satisfied with what you have given them, you will be king and the other fellows will be mud, and in a couple years you could expand by taking over the foul-ups.
I had the front and back caps and door painted by Eagles pride.in titusville FL

ask for the tracking # of the shipped part. that way when it ships *you* know when it arrives. all major shipping companies have that feature. As well it forces the shop to pay attention and they can't BS you. They *know* you know and will hopefuly act accordingly.
It is a nice pleasant way to put pressure on them.

I've been to H on US19 but just to drop something off for repair, not leave the coach. It was electronic repair and they had to send it to the manufacturer for repair. Total time frame was about right. I did see a lot of coaches sitting around in their service area, and not really too many mechanics. I have never used A on 49th, if that is who you mean. I'm in Seminole.
