Called Coach Net this morning due to coach not wanting to start. Better response then when it was necessary to call Good Sam in the past. Coach was towed to repair shop with no problems and didn't have to explain in detail as to what tree to turn at and how many yards down the road that I was on.

I had the same experience with Coach Net today too. Mine was a "not starting" issue also.

This was my first time having to use them and I found the service to be excellent. I wasn't very far from home and they even towed to the repair shop of my chosing.

Unfortunately, we have had to call Coach Net 3 x in the last 18 months! Last time was for phone advice and they were extremely helpful. We got stuck in a traffic diversion and sat, sat,for @ 30 sec on a hill with a drivers side tilt to it. We had 25 gal of diesel but the flow went away so that we stalled out. They told us how to prime it and stayed on line til we had it.
the other call was our alternator went out and needed to get towed into a shop in Prince George, British Columbia. And then last year, we goofed in a rare 5 pm driving in dark Pennsylvania winter night and needed to get pulled a few inches to get free.
WELL worth the yearly fee!!

Outstanding service the last 3 times we used them! They also cover all your cars with the same policy.

...and your motorcycles as well! I had a flat on my motorcycle a couple of years ago and Coachnet sent out a flatbed with a driver who was also a rider. He knew exactly hot to properly handle my bike and get it to the dealer for a new inner tube.

This is great news as I just joined yesterday. Received help over the phone, because I did not have a club or manufacturer affiliation to enroll online. The Platinum Plus was way cheaper than AAA+RV.

You don't Understand. Your luck has been with the shop they call not Coach net themself. All Cn and Good sam do is call the shop for you then you are at their mercy. Its a shot in the dark with either. They don't respond the shop in the area does.

Two different things- Coach Net is a Road service with extras. Extras being a Tech Service that will try to walk you thru DIY help. Also help with getting reservations or appointments for service.

They do NOT cover repairs like an extended warrent.

Tech service is great they helped us figure out the problem with our Air and were able to recommend a great Mobile Service that we hired and we paid to fix it.
