Hello -- just got our new 2010 Roo 21SS last week. Maiden voyage this weekend. We bought it from RVW and had it shipped to Florida. My only issue with RVW is that the walk through on delivery was terrible. It would be one thing if I had ever owned an RV because I could probably figure everything out. Not the case. I'm a total newbie.

Problem I'm having is that I don't think the electrical outlet is working (2 standard sockets located under the awning). Or, I might be missing something, like an ACC on switch like a boat has. I can't figure it out. And I can't find the fuse box to check that. Not in manual either.

Can anybody help?
thanks
Mike

my outside outlet is wired inline with one of the GFCI outlets inside the camper. Check the outlets inside and see if any of them are GFCI. If they are, check the reset button to see if they've been tripped. I've had my exterior outlet go off and I just hit the reset inside and it's back.

Is the Camper plugged into the shore power? The outlets only work when the camper is plugged into 30 amp service. Just a guess.

Don't know where your breakers are located, sorry, but they should be a small panel that flips open and reveals the breakers inside somewhere. It is usually close to where the power cord enters the camper. You do know the outlets only work when you are connected to shore power. Don't worry about asking questions. Lots of folks here to help!

Thanks folks. Yes, it's plugged into shore power from my garage.

I'll check the GFCI resets in the morning.

So the panel should be close to where the shore power connects -- maybe it's in the wardrobe. I'll check that.

Many thanks.

On our 2009 it is under the refrigerator. Plastic cover door opens so you can see 120VAC circuit breakers & 12VDC fuses

On my Starcraft the outlet in the bathroom is the GFI. See if that's tripped. The outside outlet is on the same GFI.

Ah, so that's what that little compartment is. Sweet.

But I'm guessing from previous posts that a GFCI outlet just needs to be reset.

Much appreciated.

All my '06 Roo 23SS outlets are on one (1) 15 amp breaker. Easy to overload that circuit this time of year if an electric space heater is running. Probably not your problem in St Augustine, but a common issue here on the North Coast.

My GFI outlet is in the bathroom. A big yes to what Chuck S said.
